Against CAP and the Institute Level Admission Process
- Admission Process by following Government Admission Rules (as per the Rule 13 of Information Brochure AY 2026-27) DTE Norms and Schedule.
- Publishing an advertisement of Against CAP vacancy and Institute Level admission in the Newspaper and on the Institute Website.
- Application for Against CAP vacancy and Institute Level admission will be collected from the candidates.
- Merit list will be displayed on the Institute Notice board and the Institute Website.
- Confirmation of admission and submission of the documents as per the DTE Norms.
Rules for Cancellation of Admission
If a student cancels, the admission within 30 days from the admission confirmation date declared by DTE fees will be refunded as per DTE policy. No refund of fees for cancellations after 30 days or the commencement of incoming batch (whichever is earlier). If any student admitted found to be in any fraudulent practices, the admission will be cancelled by the institute without any claim for refund. All disputes will be settled and resolved by arbitration. All claim and disputes will be subjects to Pune jurisdiction only
